Meet Our Founders and Chief Study Editor

Jeff Morris, B.A. LL.B.

Jeff was a successful corporate lawyer for over 20 years and is now one of the leading mediators in the Greater Toronto Area. He has a strong interest in health and nutrition and adopted a Ketogenic Diet nutrition lifestyle after studying the medical and scientific literature in this area. He is especially interested in the athletic and sports application of a low-carb, healthy fat diet. Jeff holds a black belt (Shodan) in Uechi-Ryu Karate and presently trains in internal Chinese martial arts, including Bagua, Chen Tai Chi and Shaolin Chi Kung.

Adrienne has been a teacher in the public school system for over 25 years and her passion for education, nutrition and fitness has been a been a life-long focus and pursuit. She is adept at helping others learn in an enriching and stimulating environment and brings a wealth of well-ness and nutrition knowledge to our organization.

Marie-Christine holds a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology with a specialization in Infectious Diseases as well as a M.B.A. with a major in Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility. She is now working in both fields doing scientific/medical consultancy and translation, as well as being a part-time Research Assistant involved in academic studies involving Environmental Management. She is passionate about sciences, nutrition and outdoor physical activities, such as cycling, canoeing and cross-country skiing.
